1760 – 1780

A fine blue and white wall plaque with a decoration of a river landscape.
To the left and right we see a fortified town with houses and towers and in the middle two sailing boats returning home.
At the very front two ducks.
The border is decorated with a marbleized decor.

The holes in the plaque are original and made for hanging the plaque on the wall.

Unmarked, but with some old writing on the back.

The plaque is in very good condition, with the normal small chips and superficial wear. The plaque is not completely straight, due to the difficulty of firing these plaques this sometimes happens. The glaze at the bottom rim has disappeared over time, by use.
