A set of four very fine painted so-called Rotterdamse Pleziertjes, or the best way to describe them, tiles with people enjoying themselves.
On the first one, we see a man and woman having a drink in their garden, the servant is just about to pour another glass.
On the second we see a man and woman going for a ride in their carriage, passing a house with a flag.
The third one is a couple walking under a parasol (behind them we can still see the leg of the servant carrying it) being welcomed into a home.
On the fourth, we see two gentlemen and a woman enjoying themselves at the inn, smoking and drinking.
Beautiful deep blue colour and with a quarter roset in the corners, making a whole flower when put together.

The tiles are in very good condition, with the normal superficial wear and small chips according to age. Some tiles have a small cut to the edge.
Mounted on a wooden panel and ready for display.

Authenticity

The authenticity of all objects is guaranteed. When ordering an object, a certificate of authenticity will be provided with your purchase.
