A very rare Dutch tile with the decoration of a Fritillery or Snake’s head flower.
In this case, it’s not the flowers which is rare, but the corner decoration. Here we see stylized French lilies with a yellow stript and dot, something that rarely occurs and is probably made only one firing off.

Unfortunately, when removing the tile from the wall the cuts have been made too narrow which resulted in a minor loss at three sides of the tile. Left, right, and bottom. Nevertheless, a beauty and a rare must-have curiosity for the collecor.
