A blue and white Dutch tile with the decoration of a lioness, painted within a circle with a cloud at the top. This cloud is also known as a crown, and therefore, this type of tile is known as a (Rotterdam) Crown tile. This tile was made in thirties of the 17th century.
The corners of this tile are painted with a Wanli style ornament.
The tile is in good condition, with some restored chips to the sides.
