A very rare and early tile with one of the first examples of Chinese imitations on Dutch Ceramics.
We see a cricket on a rock, surrounded by plants and flowers, as we commonly see on Wanli Kraak porcelain.
At the top left side, is an unknown ornament.
As corner decoration, they used stripes in different sizes and shapes.
The tile is in good condition but has a restored break and the down corner also has been restored.
